After 13 years in corporate America and 6 years in the Air Force, I am forging my own path and launching a firm that capitalizes on the skills that I've learned over time. I am a first generation college grad and grew up from very humble beginnings. Now I'm excited to take that step and build a business that I can truly help amazing diverse talent get recognized and placed in great organizations.
