As a healthcare executive Dr. Powell has overseen more than $145 million in annual operations in publicly funded healthcare service and is responsible for improving incentive based medical payments by more than 200% in her first year as a healthcare executive. After completing a Masters degree in counseling, she earned a doctorate of integrated healthcare from Arizona State University then attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She is a mother and serial entrepreneur.
