How it works.
Acadium is all about helping businesses create apprenticeship programs. You provide mentorship to your apprentice. In exchange, they help you tackle your marketing projects unpaid as part of their training. You get help, they get mentorship and work experience. It's a win-win.
Each apprenticeship you start is 10 hours a week for 3 months.

One credit can be redeemed for one 3-month term with an Acadium apprentice. It is important to note that credits never expire until you begin an apprenticeship. If an apprenticeship doesn’t work out within 30 days for reasons outside of your control, we will restore your credit for free.
Why should I book a call?
Our apprentices provide unpaid marketing help for businesses because they expect proper feedback and some guidance on the work they do. Therefore, it is very important that we assess businesses to ensure that they always meet our apprentices' expectations.
Why should I pay when I am providing guidance to my apprentice?
Your payment keeps our digital training programs free for our students and ensures that you receive the best support and tools during your apprenticeship.
What are your support hours?
We provide support Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM EST.
At Acadium, we stand by our product and support tools. That’s why your payment is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If an apprenticeship doesn’t work out within 30 days for reasons outside of your control, we will restore your credit for free. It's as easy as that.
